Quick Q: Is this a metalic paint or no?

Not near a store that carries acryl paints-- I have to do my shopping on-line.

Can anyone let me know if Testors Teal is a metalic paint or not?

It's not metallic, it's a pearly hue. But that might be what you are thinking of as metallic.
