Tamiya Pearlescenst question...

Post by Marcal »

Hy there

I have read somewhere in the forum that Tamiya has a Pearlescent White paint or a complete range on colors. I seeking the white one but I can't find it in the stores here.

Could someone tell me the name on the flask and the reference??. I'll try to buy it on-line or ask the store for it. It will be much easier with the reference..

Thanks in advance,

:D

Tamiya's pearl is available in spray can only. It's TS45.

Oh, and it's white only.

Testors has pearl paints in both acrylic and enamel. They're in the Boyd line, and are quite nice. The grape pearl is perfect for Centauri ships. Apply over White for the best rendition of that color.

Pearl powders are also available from House of Kolor
