Ugh...primer left a texture!

I primered my model, a 4 foot long scratchbuild, with krylon primer. It dried with a slightly Sandy texture to it. Not visible but you can feel it. I can't sand it down due to so much detail work. Is there some way to smooth it out, maybe with chemicals, without ruining the model?

Try rubbing it with a paper towel to remove the "fuzz" without damaging the details.

To late but SOP for Krylon......Tamiya is the best primer...I use Dupli-color #1699 too.
I'd try rubbing with a old cotton shirt......it will polish some.

Coffee filters work, too. New ones, that is. Used ones will leave a brown stain on your model.
