Mr. Color Acrylics

Post by csquare »

This is my first time using Mr. Color Acrylics and I was wondering if I could use Tamiya acrylic thinner and has anyone had any problems? The reason I ask is I did in fact thin it with thinner, but it came out watery from my airbrush. Don't know if I messed something up or is there a trick to thinning MC acrylics. Thanks for the insight.

I've thinned my Gunze acrylics with Tamiya thinner w/o any issue. Like with any paint it's got to be well mixed but other than that should be an issue.

Maybe it's just a matter of experimenting with the right amount of thinner.
Normal?? What is normal??
